Insights of the Workshop

A visit of the Kallenberg pipe factory always feels like travelling back in time.
Although there is no more large scale pipe production, the whole inventory and machinery is complete and well maintained.

Most of the machines date back from the time the factory was founded in 1919. Looking at the old-fashioned belt drives, one could believe to be in a museum of manufacturing history.

This is one of the machines to make pipe bowls.
